St. Andrew's Commons is a cozy Hudson neighborhood of about 75 single family homes. Nestled next to Hudson Springs Park, the community is surrounded by natural beauty and is frequented by deer, foxes, and a colorful variety of birds.

We’re proud of the strong sense of community we’ve developed. The relatively small size of our neighborhood and single road in and out limits traffic to our own families. No one drives through just to get to somewhere else. That’s why you’ll always find people riding their bikes, walking their dogs, and children playing in their front yards. 

St. Andrew's has two trails leading into Hudson Springs Park itself. The park is 260 acres with two miles of trails that are great for walking, jogging, and biking. The 50 acre lake provides excellent fishing, boating, and canoeing. The 18-hole disc golf course is fun for all ages. Our families also enjoy the use of the playground, sand volleyball court, cornhole, bocce court, hedge maze, and dog run.  

Our residents enjoy living in close proximity to the wonderful restaurants and shopping of Hudson’s First & Main. The neighborhood is also convenient to both downtown Cleveland and Akron. Easy access to major thoroughfares and expressways is a big plus.
